To headbutt in a street fight, grab your opponent's shirt or clinch, load your head back, and slam the top of your forehead into his jaw or nose. It's a close-range knockout move — one of the most devastating weapons you have when the fight gets tight.

Clip one. Outside a nightclub. The guy in green grabs his opponent by the shirt, loads his head up, and delivers it right to the jaw. Guy goes down hard and hits his head on the way. Fight over.
Clip two. Another argument, another close-range exchange. Boom. Headbutt. Same result.
Clip three is the one that gets me every time. Outside a restaurant, the guy in blue barely even grabs the other guy — he just comes forward with his head and that's it. Done. "Headbutt is definitely a knockout move, one that's good for a real street fight."
Here's why it works. When a fight collapses into the clinch, punches stop doing damage. You're too close to load them. Your hands get tied up. That's the range where most guys just hug and flail. But if you know your clinch weapons — knees, elbows, and yeah, the headbutt — that's YOUR range.
The drill I have my guys run is combinations in the air. Clinch, elbow, elbow. Clinch, elbow, knee. Clinch, elbow, headbutt. Load it up. Bang. Then mix them up until it's reflex.
Clinch, knee, knee, elbow, headbutt, elbow. Machine-gun assault. That's the goal.
The headbutt is also the one weapon you can't practice on a partner. So you shadow-fight it. You drill it in the air. You build the muscle memory so that when a real fight hits the clinch, the shirt-grab-load-slam happens without you having to think.
