Why I Built This System
"Anytime you get a chance to make your opponent a one-legged man, do it! Anytime you get a chance to lift his leg higher, do it!"
I'm a 3x NCAA All-American (2nd, 2nd, 3rd) and 3-time EIWA champion. As a redshirt freshman at Lehigh, I owned wins against the 2001 NCAA 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th place winners. I placed 5th at the 2004 Olympic Trials — Lehigh's highest since Bobby Weaver in 1984.
Wrestling is the most important skill in combat sports — and most people have no idea how to do it properly. The #1 problem I see at every level is a lack of fundamentals. Guys learn flashy techniques before they understand stance. They drill leg attacks without knowing penetration mechanics. They try to throw from the clinch without understanding underhook position.
That's why I built this system. Four programs that take you from the ground up:
- Rock Solid gives you the six building blocks — inside control, sprawling, far wrist rides, tight waist, head position, hand fighting — plus a complete high percentage leg attack system
- Wrestling Takedowns gives you the complete arm drag system, duck unders, inside trips, foot sweeps, Polish throws, and the Saitev step
- Clinch Domination is a 6-volume system covering arm attacks, over/under attacks, snap downs, throws, Russian tie, and Thai clinch
- Bulletproof makes you nearly impossible to take down with a complete sprawling series and leg attack counters
Whether you wrestle competitively, train BJJ, fight MMA, or just want the most dominant grappling base possible — this is the system that builds it.
